A note from Yulia
There is a moment, soon after you settle into the chair, when your shoulders ease and the day loosens its hold. That moment is the reason I do this. I wanted a salon where a woman could be properly looked after, the way too few of us allow ourselves to be anymore.
Many of you have known this corner of Indian Rocks Beach for years. Little of what you loved has changed. The same gifted hands are still at work, and the welcome is as warm as it has ever been. Whenever you are ready, it would be my great pleasure to take care of you.
